Learn a process for unifying your field of attention and your sensory experiences through daily guided awareness activities designed to integrate your mind and body in action. This five-tiered series allows you to participate as little or as much as you would like within 48 weeks of guidance. You can expand your awareness by attending to your thoughts and movement as you interact with your environment. This will help you find more choices physically and mentally leading to more self agency and confidence. As you put the principles of Alexander Technique into practice you will experience how your mind and body are intrinsically connected.

Each week you will receive a one-minute audio awareness activity based on that month's theme. These audio minutes will remind you how, when, and what to attend to. Listen at least 3 times a day. Once you start, you may find you are thinking of the awareness activity more and more often.

The monthly blog puts all of your activities into context, increasing your understanding of the principles and theories of the Alexander Technique. We recommend you read the blog twice a week as a way of reminding yourself of the bigger context for your daily activities, bringing you back to the whole.

With this feedback you will explore ways to improve your coordination and use during that activity (walking, running, working at your computer, etc.), using it as your awareness laboratory.
