Learn a process for unifying your field of attention and your sensory experiences through daily guided awareness activities designed to integrate your mind and body in action. This five-tiered series allows you to participate as little or as much as you would like within 48 weeks of guidance. You can expand your awareness by attending to your thoughts and movement as you interact with your environment. This will help you find more choices physically and mentally leading to more self agency and confidence. As you put the principles of Alexander Technique into practice you will experience how your mind and body are intrinsically connected.
