This course is designed to introduce you to the world of mind-body awareness in an accessible and integrated way. It will help you discover what you are aware of now and see how you can cultivate more and more of your full potential into your professional and daily life. During these four weeks you will be presented with theory and be guided to uncover your current awareness preferences.

This course is designed to introduce you to the world of mind-body awareness in an accessible and integrated way. It will help you discover what you are aware of now and see how you can cultivate more and more of your full potential into your professional and daily life.


During these four weeks you will be presented with theory and be guided to uncover your current awareness preferences. There is no prerequisite. We all start with what you notice right now and go from there. It is about the process of awareness too which we are all in together. The following full course encourages you to discover and utilize the process for exploring and expanding your full field of awareness. 


During these four weeks you will receive a written blog talking about awareness, an active rest audio “lie-down” to help you slow down, relax, and notice what you are aware of. And four one-minute awareness “audio clips” that will guide you in specific directions with your self observations.

Welcome to Contemplating A Dip: A Four-Week Awareness Exploration

Welcome to our Four-Week Awareness Exploration! We are excited you are starting an awareness journey and look forward to helping you integrate and unify your full field of awareness.  

You will receive:

4 - One Minute Audios (1 every 7 days)

We recommend you listen to each audio at least once a day. The more frequently you are able to listen, the better you will be able to build your new sense of awareness. Choose a quiet moment as you listen for the first time to each new audio so you can focus on the ideas and notice their initial effect in a restful space. As you become familiar with each activity you can listen while you are in action. 

1- Blog

We recommend you read the blog at least once a week to help put your awareness activities in context. 

1 - Lie Down 

We recommend you complete the lie-down two to three times per week to receive the most benefit. It may be helpful to start your day or end your day with a lie-down. Mid-afternoon or break time lie-downs can be extremely useful, especially if you sit at a desk or perform a repetitive activity.

We also recommend you keep a journal of your awareness journey.  Even a few words or drawings every few days will help you track your exploration. Examples of short journal entries might be recording a color, an image, memory, or sound with your new awareness.
